- First Floor: 3 bedrooms - one with a private bathroom for 3 people, and two rooms for 2 people each, sharing a bathroom with a shower.
- Living Spaces: Spacious living room with a terrace overlooking the garden and a BBQ area.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and oven.

- Separate Rooms:
- R1- Down floor 1-person bedroom for 1 person: 40€/night +10€/ night/ person
- R2- First floor two-person bedroom: 50€/night/person +10€/ night/ extra person
- R3- First floor three-person bedroom: 50€/night/person +10€/ night/ extra person
- R4- First floor four-person bedroom (with private bathroom): 70 €/night/person +10€/ night/ extra person
